Multi Award Winning Italian Restaurant in the Sunshine Coast, withover 175 seats, an impressive menu and an extensive wine list of more than 275 wines, is seeking an experience and passionated Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of 2 years experience working in busy A La Carte Restaurant environments and a minimum of 6 months working in a similar role.

The Sous Chef role is a Key position that will include supervision of the kitchen. You will be a mentor to everyone that works in the kitchen and lead with a hands on approach.
This is a very sort after role because the company looks after their chefs and staff and they tend to stay for years.
A normal working week would include 5 starts and 2 consecutive days off each week with straight shifts, no split shifts. Trading hours are from 12pm till late 7 Days.
