We are currently seeking a Site Engineer (SE) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working on commercial construction projects over

$5m.

About you:

This is a great opportunity for a young construction professional to broaden their knowledge and experience within a friendly and supportive team environment. Based on site, this role focuses on quality control, stakeholder relationships and successful project delivery. The suitable candidate will be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of simple construction processes
Provide construction administrative support to the project team
Maintain and update all site contract and administrative documentation
Assist with coordination of critical building activities in conjunction with the Site Manager
Liaise and effectively communicate with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
Drive compliance and quality on the project
Manage subcontractor inspection and test plans
Manage preparation, submission and outcome of RFI and Site Instructions
Manage and coordinate the preparation of all completion documentation, including O&M manuals, approvals and certifications
Work actively within a team to achieve project milestones
Utilise your effective time management skills

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required, as is a legal entitlement to work in Australia.
