Our client is a Reputable Service Provider offering In-Home, Social and Respite support services across the Sunshine Coast. Exciting opportunities have become available for Schedulers and Administration Staff to work on a casual as needed basis across various sites.
Please note applicants must be willing to travel to the Maleny Hinterland.
We are looking for:
Schedulers who have experience:
Managing multiple rosters of field staff in the community sector
Liaising with various care service teams, field and administrative staff
Ensuring delivery of coordinated care to clients
Experience with Procura is essential
Administration staff who have experience:
Providing administrative support in the community sector
Experience performing reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
Scheduling appointments & booking venues
Experience with Procura is desirable
To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated experience working in a similar position
Must be available immediately
Be available to travel across the Sunshine Coast
Please note various opportunities are available from 1 day per week to 5 days per week
Applicants must also have the ability to complete a Police Check, have a current Driver’s Licence with reliable transport and be able to provide 2 Referee Contacts
