Part-Time Registered Nurse – Maroochydore

We are currently seeking applications for a Registered Nurse to join our Maroochydore facility on a Permanent Part Time basis – as we have a commitment to our residents, this role is a minimum of 3 shifts per week across mornings, afternoons and nights to a maximum of 76 hours per fortnight.
Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist residents with a strong focus on person centred care and will demonstrate:
Prior experience in aged care;
A Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (mandatory);
Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example;
Prior experience with Autumn Care (desirable);
The ability to apply ACFI knowledge (desirable);
The ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team members;
The ability to provide clinical practice and care that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal and computer literacy.
