Stampede is seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher/Office Administrator to join our team in Australia. You are detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and have great customer service skills. Dispatch experience is not necessary; we will train the right person. Ideal working hours are Monday thru Friday from 10am-2pm.

Primary job responsibilities

Manage the Lamp Product Database for Australia.
Receive and record inbound stock shipments from Vendors.
Allocate, pick and dispatch customer orders using Navision.
Manage stock on hand and do weekly stock counts.
Contacting suppliers for Lamp information and prices.
Cross referencing and Bulb identification.
Ensure the accuracy of the stock records through daily physical stock counts. Vigorously follow up on any discrepancies and report.
Produce and distribute a Weekly Operations KPI report covering relevant aspects of RMA’s, Stock integrity, movements and Product Database maintenance.
Assisting Sales and Purchasing with goods-out and goods-in queries.
Chase Vendors and updating the website based Back Log system with ETA’s.
Requesting shipping costs from various couriers and quoting the Sales team.
Working to ensure the most appropriate method is used when shipping large or large quantities of AV items.
Managing the Product Database, KPI reporting, Returns (RMA) processing and assisting with shipping and goods-in.
RMA receiving, processing and crediting.
Assist finance with information regarding RMA to aid with the processing of credits to customers if needed.
Assist walk-in customers with their order needs.
Complete data entry assignments as needed.
Provide administrative assistance for general office tasks.
Provide assistance and telephone coverage if needed.
Qualifications

Exceptional computer skills
SAP experience (Navision preferred)
Self-starter, collaborative team player, good judgment, ability to work with limited direction
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, fluid, and deadline-driven environment
Effective and persuasive written and oral communication skills
Willingness to take ownership of projects
Team attitude that no task is too big or too small. The ideal candidate should pride themselves on being detail-oriented, creative, and a problem solver.
