You will be responsible for providing first level support to clients in a results driven, customer first and professional company. We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, is trustworthy and fun.
The successful applicant will have experience in some or all the following areas
Firewall configuration & maintenance
Security Systems (anti-virus, anti-spam & anti-malware)
MS Security Best Practices
Core MS Server knowledge
ConnectWise Manage & Automate
Voice and Data solutions
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers and walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up and update customer status and information
