We are looking for an inside salesperson to join our growing team in our Noosaville, Queensland office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to wholesale customers and implementing corporate strategies to fulfill personal sales targets. This will involve developing the dealer base by working with existing Stampede accounts as well as proactively securing new dealers. Must enjoy providing customers with exceptional service, have the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Outbound Sales:

Place a high volume of outbound calls daily
Effectively and persuasively communicate promotional opportunities
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Open minimum target of new accounts each month.
Organizing lists of prospective customers in the approved target markets
Pursuing these prospects in an effort to add them to the client base
Contacting prospects via phone, logging calls in designated contact management program, and fulfilling organization’s daily activity standards. 50% prospecting and 50% account management
Contacting your customer base with a personal email based on set standards.
Ensuring the accurate gathering of all account information in designated contact management program
Identifying, fulfilling customer needs and preparing quotes for customer acceptance
Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all sales orders, their credit approval and delivery
Inbound Account management:

Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Handling all incoming customer calls
Handling customer requests for return authorizations and credits based on SPP policy
Handling customer complaints – developing solutions consistent with SPP philosophy
Product Knowledge:

Maintaining awareness of inventory levels
Retaining and updating product knowledge
Maintain desired margin levels
Manage personal schedule appropriately to achieve new account and existing business targets as set by management
Participates in additional training courses when needed
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
Providing proper level of motivation and enthusiasm for optimum performance
Experience/Requirements:

Self-motivated with a high level of self-discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Tertiary education preferred
Business to business experience a plus
Salary commensurate with experience. Stampede does not offer relocation assistance. You are authorized to work for any employer in the Australia; Visa sponsorship’s will not be considered
