Lucrative Salary package with uncapped commissions!
Sunday to Thursday roster! 38- 40 hours per week!

About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager you will be the driving force behind your stores results by showing the team how it is done. You will be a great leader and understand how to motivate a sales team to achieve their individual targets & KPI’s using your own performance as the example.
Skills and Experience
Experience in speciality retail – jewellery preferred
Motivate a team to individual targets & KPI’s
Upbeat and enthusiastic personality
Coaching & development on product knowledge and sales techniques
