About the role
An exciting permanent full time opportunity has become available to join our progressive Group Training Organisation (GTO) division servicing the Sunshine Coast region. Based at our Bokarina office, this permanent full time position will be responsible for providing high levels of service and ongoing post placement support to our Apprentices and Trainees. The role will also involve developing effective relationships with employers to maintain quality service levels and leverage further opportunities.
Day to day duties will include:
Creating and managing a caseload of up to approximately 50 apprentices and trainees
Identify opportunities to increase host business numbers and employment outcomes
Establishing networks with key industry groups, state and government organisations, schools, job networks and providers
Contributing to the establishment of procedures, processes and activities that ensure the efficient operation of field services in the GTO
Completing all documentation relating to host business vacancies, charge outs, contracts etc.
Performance Management of Apprentices and Trainees
Overall the role will ensure the successful completion of apprentices and trainees, managing retention and delivery of service that is adding value to our host businesses.
Our successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and/or have an understanding of a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and come with account management and strong relationship building skills.
You will also have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and bring confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Coming from a labour hire, Human Resources, trade, sales or similar environment would also be preferable but not essential.

Time management –planning, organising self and others
A current and valid driver’s licence is essential as are current White, Blue and Yellow Cards or the willingness to obtain them.
