Our client is a well-established business is looking for their next outstanding employee! This full time opportunity is based in Birtinya and requires you to work with a level of autonomy whilst still engaging with a team. As the face of the business you will bring your professionalism and customer service skills along with a range of administrative duties that will include assisting with core business needs. This role is paying circa $46-48K per year.
Key responsibilities of the successful applicant include:
Accounts Receivable – invoicing, debt collection, banking
Assisting with Accounts Payable
Reception duties – phone based and face to face friendly, efficient and effective customer service
Providing professional customer service to internal and external customers
Processing of customer billings
Utilising software packages
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Accounting software experience
High level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines autonomously
