About the Role


We are seeking a self-motivated, organised person to join our team on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The successful applicant will need to have proven experience in an administration and office environment, with high attention to detail and accurate documentation skills, as well as a professional and friendly approach with a positive attitude. Experience within the building industry would be beneficial but not essential.


Job Tasks and Responsibilities


Key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:


Assist with high volume of documentation at different stages of certification
General office tasks including document formatting, data entry and filing
Reception duties, including answering phone calls & emails
About You


Strong MS Office Skills and comfortable with use of computer CRM systems.
Ability to work unsupervised and/or under instruction, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Strong attention to tasks at hand with a proven ability to time manage simultaneous tasks and the ability to work within deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
A professional and friendly approach and enthusiastic work manner.
Ability to think laterally whilst exercising initiative in creating solutions.
Able to handle a fast-paced environment, have a willingness to learn and adapt to the job at hand.
This position is permanent part-time and will be remunerated at award rates. The successful applicant will be employed for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
