Job Description


We are a small healthcare group who are looking for a part-time Accountant or Bookkeeper to help with the day to day running of the group.


We envisage this will be either two or three days work each week initially, but could grow to more days a week for the right candidate as more responsibilities are added to the role.


Key Responsibilities·


Reconciliation of accounts
Reconciliation of sales & purchase invoices
Payroll processing
Preparation of BAS & IAS
Report & lodge superannuation through Xero/Portal
Preparation of end of year working paper files
Administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate


Qualifications in accounting/bookkeeping desirable
ATO portal and ASIC experience
Proficiency using Xero
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to run multiple entities
Willingness to help with financial modelling with new ventures / acquisitions
We are a small but dynamic group and you will be an integral part of the team.


Job Type: Part-time




accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
